On 26 August 2003 LS Frais was certified in accordance with the requirements of the BRC Standard. This certification rewards our daily commitment to providing our customers with high-quality products and guaranteeing total food safety.

Our quality management system laid down in our Quality Handbook promotes a rigorous but pragmatic approach.

The HACCP plan identifies the risks related to our business and defines preventive and corrective measures to ensure effective control of the production process. The quality department coordinates monitoring analyses and registrations every day to verify the effectiveness of our plan.

Our quality management policy falls within the scope of our strategy of continued development and guides the actions of every member of staff at the company so as to minimise every risk.
